Any short circuit, overcharge, overdischarge, and overtemperature can be effectively protected to ensure the safety of the product during use.
3. Can I get a sample before bulk order?
-Yes, sample is available.We welcome sample order to confirm the specifications of our products,test and check quality. Any quantity order are welcome, but price will be different depend on different quantity。

6. What is your terms of payment ?
-You can pay for your order through the Alibaba platform. Also we accept T/T transfer by bank, west union and other payment. For samples/small trial order, 100% payment by alibaba platform or T/T , west union in advance. For big batch order, to be negotiated.
7. Is the freight on the website accurate?

Or we can arrange different delivery according different weight and different regions Otherwise, for example Sometimes we sent the goods by DHL, UPS, Fedex or other air line door-to-door service According to the order, if whole parcel over a certain weight , we will ship it by sea,sea shipping is more econmical, and nearest port or airport name should be provided.
10. Why the transportation time is so long and the tracking number not updated in nearly a month?
-As you know, the battery (especially the high-power battery) is special commodity, the terms of transportation are very strict. We transit our products by formal DG logistic channel, it is more slowly than the normal logistic, because it needs wait the DG ship/train schedule. Due to the particularity of the product and logistic, the tracking number we provide will not updated before the goods passes the customs in your country. Don't worry, your goods is still in normal transit. When the goods passes through the customs in your country, the tracking information will updated, and you will receive it within 3-7 days.
11. The battery is so heavy, will it damaged easily on the road?
-This is also a matter of great concerm to us. After long-term improvement and verification, our packaging is now very safe and reliable. When youopen the package, you will definitely feel our sincerity.
12. What is your warranty for products ?
-We offer 1 years warranty for all our battery pack. We ensure at least 3000 cycle life(Usually ≥3500) for the Lithium-ion battery pack( Our LiFePO4 battery pack products cycle life is: 4000~6000 times),which means after 3000@80% DOD,there will still around 80% capacity left, You can use it for 5~8 years for normal Low frequency charging and discharging everyday.
13.Does the shipping way to our country include tax?
-It depends on the country and the shipping way you choose. Most Asian countries, most European countries, the United States, and Canada have tax-included shipping channels.
